*After booking your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with the link you will need to access our Zoom session. Please check your spam/junk folder if you did not receive it in your inbox.

*You can also find a link to your session and account information when you log into the members area on my website by logging into your Profile.
* For Cancellations or to reschedule - You can manage your sessions when you log in to your profile under My Bookings.

* Please make sure you have a Zoom account and it is set up on your computer or phone app. Your camera and microphone must be turned on. ​
*To prepare for our session, please spend a few quiet minutes reflecting on any guidance or clarity you would like. It is helpful to write a letter to your loved ones to help build the connection. This letter is for your eyes only.
